1. WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR WARRIOR FIGHTING EVENTS:

Illegal Actions

1. No Head Butting
2. Eye gouging of any kind.
3. Biting.
4. Hair pulling.
5. Fish hooking.
6. Groin attacks of any kind.
7. Putting a finger into any orifice or into any cut or laceration on an opponent.
8. Small joint manipulation.
9. Striking to the spine or the back of the head.
10. Striking downward using the point of the elbow.
11. Throat strikes of any kind, including, without limitation, grabbing the trachea.
12. Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh.
13. Grabbing the clavicle.
14. Kicking the head of a grounded opponent.
15. Kneeing the head of a grounded opponent.
16. Stomping a grounded opponent.
17. Kicking to the kidney with the heel.
18. Spiking an opponent to the canvas on his head or neck.
19. Throwing an opponent out of the ring or fenced area.
20. Holding the shorts or gloves of an opponent.
21. Spitting at an opponent.
22. Engaging in an unsportsmanlike conduct that causes an injury to an opponent.
23. Holding the ropes or the fence.
24. Using abusive language in the ring or fenced area.
25. Attacking an opponent on or during the break.
26. Attacking an opponent who is under the care of the referee.
27. Attacking an opponent after the bell has sounded the end of the period of unarmed combat.
28. Flagrantly disregarding the instructions of the referee.
29. Timidity, including, without limitation, avoiding contact with an opponent, intentionally or consistently dropping the mouthpiece or faking an injury.
30. Interference by the corner.
31. Spiking with the point of the elbow. Muay Thai type elbows and forearm type elbows are permitted.

GEAR
1) Shoe are no longer permitted to be worn
2) No T-shirts. Compression shirts and rashguards are allowable.(Exceptions can be made for female fighters
3) No blue jean, khaki, or any rough material can be worn. No shorts with zippers, buttons, or exposed velcro.
4) No jewelery can be worn during the fight.

2. WHAT are THE GAS & HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS?

We reimburse gas up to a maximum of 1,000 miles (round trip). There is a 150 mile round trip mininum to be eligible for gas reimbursement.

Gas is calculated at a rate of 25 miles per gallon. We are currently using a figure of $3.00 per gallon.
For example if you drive 500 miles (round trip) to fight, we reimburse $60.00

Mileage is calculated using Mapquest.com, using your home city as a departure point and the city of event as an arrival point.

If you are eligible for gas reimbursement we will need to see your drivers license to verify your address. Your Gasoline reimbursement will take place after you have fought.

Fight teams that have more than one figher will receive reimbursement for every two fighters. Please remember this and ride together.

Hotel is reimbursed for fighters who travel over 300 miles round trip.. Two fighters per room (No exceptions).

Fighters who do not make weight for their fight or do not attend the pre-fight meeting will forfeit their gas reimbursement.

3. DO WE PAY AMATEUR FIGHTERS?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We offer gas reimbursment and hotel rooms for those who qualify. If you want to make money for fighting contact us about fighting as a pro.

4. ARE FIGHTS HELD IN A RING OR CAGE?

CAGE. We were the first promotion to use a cage in Kentucky. There will be times that we may have to use a ring due to venue set up.

5. HOW MANY ROUNDS PER FIGHT AND WHAT IS THE LENGTH PER ROUND?

Amateur non-title matches are 3x3 minute rounds.

Amateur title matches and superfights are 5x3 minute rounds.

Pro non-title matches are 3x5 minute rounds.

Pro title matches and superfights are 5x5 minute rounds.

6. DO FIGHTERS GET FREE PASSES TO THE SHOW?

Yes, each fighter gets one free pass to give to whom ever he/she wants.

7. HOW MANY CORNERMEN CAN I HAVE AT RINGSIDE DURING MY FIGHT?

Two, they both have to be licensed by the state. The cost of the license is $15 per year.

8. DOES it cost anything to fight?

Yes, there is a one time fee of $25 for your state passport. Each year thereafter, the cost is $10 for renewal. You must have this before you are allowed to fight. You can purchase your passport at the show during the pre-fight meeting. If you have your passport already make sure to bring it with you everytime.

9. CAN I VIDEO TAPE MY FIGHT?

No, there will be DVD's avaible for purchase. The DVD's are generally ready two weeks after the fight. They will be availableAnyone caught recording a fight either with a video camera or using a cell phone will be removed from the venue and no refund will be given. You can take pictures however.
